Return & Replacement Policy

We have a very strict policy to ensure quality and prevent fraud. To be eligible for a return or replacement in the event of a damaged or incorrect product, you must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, uncut, full 360-degree unboxing video of the package as you are opening it. Without this continuous unboxing video, no return or replacement claims will be entertained.
• Time Limit: You must contact us via email at luxoriamart@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery time with the unboxing video attached.

If your claim meets these criteria and the product is verified as defective or damaged upon arrival, we will process your replacement or refund promptly.
